You can request deletion of your Connext account and its associated personal data at any time, using either method below.
Your account is deactivated straight away and you are signed out. It stays deactivated for 60 days: if you sign in again within that time it is reactivated, and if you do not, it is permanently deleted and your personal data erased.
If you can't access the app, email support@connextindia.com from the address on your account, or include your registered mobile number, with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 7 days.
On deletion we permanently remove the personal data linked to your account, including:
For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations under applicable Indian law, records of completed transactions (trip and payment records) are retained in an anonymised form that is no longer linked to your identity. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used to contact or profile you.
In-app deletion deactivates the account at once and erases it permanently after 60 days. Email requests are completed within 7 days of identity verification. Anonymised transaction records are retained for the statutory period (typically up to 8 years for tax records) and then deleted.
