Last updated: 29 June 2026. By using the Connext apps and services (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms.
Connext is a technology platform that connects customers who need goods transported with independent driver-partners who provide transport services. Connext facilitates discovery, matching, fare estimation, tracking, and payments; it is not itself a transporter.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. Login is via OTP to your mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account. Driver-partners must complete KYC verification before accepting trips.
Fares are estimated from a base fare plus a per-kilometre charge over the route distance, plus any selected add-ons (e.g. loaders, insurance), less applicable discounts. During high demand a surge multiplier may apply to the ride fare and is shown before you confirm. The final amount is presented in the app at booking.
Payments are collected via the methods offered in the app. Tips are optional and passed in full to the driver-partner. Cancellation may attract a fee where a driver has already been assigned or has begun travelling to the pickup. Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
Driver-partners are independent contractors, not employees of Connext. They are responsible for holding valid licences, permits, vehicle documents and insurance, and for the safe and lawful transport of goods.
You may not use the Platform to transport illegal, hazardous, or prohibited goods, or to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsafe conduct. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Drivers may capture proof-of-delivery. Customers and drivers may rate each other; persistently low ratings or policy violations may lead to removal from the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connext provides the Platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of independent driver-partners or customers. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms or the service; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time from the app.
